The new paint systems built using the new humanoid robots that are associated with a detection system of laser sensors and gauges can read the outlines of the pieces to be painted and in a very short time there will surely loose to run the vernicictura.
The system consists of a laser barrier that is near the paint booth, this means that while the piece there passes through the system generates a digital image of the piece or several pieces hanging on racks. The image is well managed and developed by the personal computer (CPR) that according to rules pre-set generates as painting dedicated for that frame or that doors and sends it to the robot that will perform in total autonomy.
