The TIESSE POL painting shops type are composed by two automatic reciprocators, two suction booth for powder recovery, a suction and transport powder plant.
The painting reciprocators are composed by a self-carrying metallic structure where is installed a motorized axle on which the guns for electrostatic painting are fi xed.
The system is completed by an automatic group of application with a control unit including the central for the management of the applicator guns.
It regulates powder’s quantity delivered by adjusting a proportional valve.
The system introduces “virgin powder” in the feeding plant, after a fl uidized bed process it is sent to the guns and applied on the pieces to be painted.
Through an appropriate suction system the powder paint that doesn’t stick to the piece is continually recovered by a mono-cyclone, sieved and sent back to the feeding plant from which is put again in the process and re-sent to the guns.
