The impregnation tunnel type Flow Plus is built for the impregnation of any surfaces in wood, the system has been built so to obtain the maximum uniformity of spraying from all the nozzles placed in the two sides.
The impregnation tunnel is built by a welded steel plate self carrying structure, at the base of the tunnel there is a stainless steel AISI 304 tub, while immediately above the tub there is a support frame on which a galvanized steel grating fl oor is fi xed so to allow to the operators the access to the spraying ramps.
At the sides the impregnation tunnel has two walls covered in Tefl on; this prevent the sprayed product to deposit on the walls and consequently to avoid the danger of scaling or corrosions.
The pumping system is made by a diaphragm pump placed externally to the tunnel and that is locally commanded by the operator.
Upon request the impregnation tunnels can be furnished complete of drips, suction system and colour change system.
